From June 2nd (9am) and by appointment, the welcome team will welcome you physically again.
In order to welcome you in the best condition and according to the highest sanitary process, the Accueil-Welcome Desk decided to receive students by appointment only.
Please respect your appointment time to avoid a crowd gathering. Bring your own mask, pen and documents.
Both printers and self-service computers will not be available. Prepare everything you may need in advance.
Access to the toilets will not be possible.
To renew your visa
The Prefecture only receives people by appointment and only for a visa renewal application.
If you want to collect your renewed visa, you need to get an appointment at the Prefecture Centrale (1 rue Sainte-Anne, 31000 Toulouse).
Appointments have to be taken online on the Prefecture website.
Please note that no information will be provided at the Welcome Desk regarding personal inquieries. Every question you may have on your visa or your personal situation have to be send to: email@example.com
To check on your CAF application
The Caf physical desk will remain closed until further notice.
You can contact the Caf directly from your personal account.
If you need to ad documents to your file, you can send them to: firstname.lastname@example.org
(we remind you that your email's subject has to be your "numéro allocataire" only).
Help from the Toul'Box
The Toul'Box Team will be available to help you physically again and by appointment only.
