Cancelling your mobile contract
Mobile contract cancellation terms may vary from one operator to another. With most operators, the contract is cancelled online, directly from your personal account. You will usually have to wait 10 days before the cancellation request becomes effective.

Bear in mind
Generally speaking, a mobile deal including unlimited calls and text messages and between 30GB and 60GB of Internet access costs between €10 and €20 per month. Offers that cost more than that are not a good deal for you.
Practical tip: always check the fixed duration mentioned on the contract. Some deals are non-binding, but promotional offers often involve a mandatory 12-month binding duration.
